Wine Tasting at Salted Vines Vineyard & Winery
Open to Sea Colony owners and their guests.
The Salted Vino Experience offers an intimate small group tasting featuring a selection of 10 wines, which includes both sweet and dry whites and reds. Guided by an informative wine tender, each participant will receive their own personal mini charcuterie box, and a small tasting glass to commemorate their experience.
Extended Discount for Participants: 10% off a bottle of wine!
Applies on day of tasting only.

Homeowners Easter Event
Save the date for our Annual Homeowners Easter Event on
Saturday, April 19, 2025 from 1pm- 2:30pm!
Schedule:
1pm- 2pm: Cookies and Juice
2pm- 2:30pm: Easter Egg Hunt (by age group)
2:30pm: Easter Crafts & Goody Bag Pick Up
During the event, there will be a jar filled with jelly beans—guess the correct number to win! The lucky winner will be announced at 1:50 PM.

This event is FREE for Sea Colony homeowners and renters.

PLEASE NOTE: Access to the event area is restricted exclusively through the parking garage due to ongoing work on the Promenade. There will be NO ENTRY access from the Promenade.

Annual Meeting & Party
Save the date for our annual Homeowners Meeting and Party on June 7, 2025! The meeting is at 10am at the Edgewater north grassy area, with the party later that evening from 6-9pm. More details to come!

Labor Day Breakfast
Save the date for the Homeowners Labor Day Continental Breakfast on Saturday, August 30, 2025! The breakfast will be on the Edgewater Promenade from 9-11am. More details to come!
