Comcast Migration Update The development of the infrastructure to support the Comcast implementation is well underway. About 25% of the conduit needed has been installed. The remaining conduit and fiber will be installed in November and December. Any markings on the ground should wash away after a few good rain falls. Grass and flower beds damaged by construction will be repaired shortly after the construction in that area has been completed.
The week of November 6th is the planned installation date for owners. Comcast installation in the owners’ units will continue until mid-December, with the exception of owners who requested to be in the unit while the installation takes place.
