Promenade Coating Project

PROJECT OVERVIEW

We’re pleased to announce that the promenade and concrete planters are currently being re-coated and re-faced as part of a phased project. This work began in October 2023 and will continue over three years according to the following schedule:


  • Stage I: 2023/24 – Annapolis, Brandywine, and Chesapeake

  • Stage II: 2024/25 – Dover, Edgewater

  • Stage III: 2025/26 – Farragut, Georgetowne, Harbour, and Island


During each phase, certain units may be inaccessible while the coating is applied. East Property Management will notify owners directly when their units will be affected. Please be aware that removing the existing seal coat may be loud and dusty. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we enhance the promenade.


Stage II of the Promenade recoating project and the replacement of the Ocean Pool 3 (Edgewater) decking is in progress. The Promenade in front of Edgewater and Dover, along with the Edgewater beach crossover, are closed until Spring 2025. 

  • Beach access will remain via the Dover/Chesapeake and Farragut/Georgetowne crossovers. Promenade access from the Edgewater lobby, stairways, and ground-level Dover units will be blocked during the project.
