October 17, 2024 - Sea Colony and Troon Management are pleased to announce the appointment of Patti E. DuBuque, PCAM®, AMS, CMCA®, MBA, as General Manager for Sea Colony. As General Manager, DuBuque will be responsible for overseeing all operations at Sea Colony, including East and West property management, the Sea Colony Recreational Association, and all amenities, as well as accounting, insurance programs, and Information Technology. Additionally, she will lead efforts to introduce and expand services for owners, renters, and guests.
With more than 25 years of experience in the association management industry, DuBuque has successfully managed a variety of properties, including condominiums, large-scale communities, cooperatives, homeowner associations, and mixed-use commercial/residential developments. Before her recent role as Director and Executive Vice President of Association Banking at Encore Bank, she served as President of a prominent property management firm in Florida.

DuBuque holds a bachelor's degree in business from Elon University and an MBA from Salisbury University's Perdue School of Business. She has also earned the distinguished designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) from the Community Associations Institute, the highest level of professional recognition in the community association field.
